 Here is a list of sites where you can submit your blog to by rss feed. Most blogs already have a rss feed built in.

Although I have not checked out all of these sites myself, there is one favourite I have called Zimbio. It lets you choose which articles to post on their site. Its so easy. You just add in your URL and make your choices. http://www.zimbio.com/
